<p>Thank you for participating in today&rsquo;s experiment. The experiment will last for no longer than 60 minutes.
    As part of today&rsquo;s experiment, you will receive a <strong><u>$5 guaranteed show-up fee</u></strong>.
    You can also make additional money depending on your decisions in today's experiment.
    As a result, please read the following experimental procedures carefully.
    Procedures will be followed exactly as described in these instructions.</p>


<p>In this experiment, participants will assume the role of either a manager or a worker.
    Participants will originally work in groups of three: one manager and two workers.
    The two workers work for the same manager.</p>


<p>The experiment has three rounds. The additional money (on top of the $5 guaranteed show-up fee)
    you make from this experiment will be based on the decisions made in each round. Your earnings will be
    calculated in &ldquo;Lira&rdquo; during the experiment and converted into dollars at 1000 Lira = $1.</p>
