In Round Two, you will maintain the same role and remain in the same group as Round One.
Between Round One and Two, the manager of the group will be given both workers’
Round One performance (# of correctly adjusted sliders).

<p>
<strong><u>If your role is the manager of the group</u></strong>,
    you will be asked to select one of your two workers to spend part
    of his/her time on the decoding task in addition to his/her responsibilities
    on the slider task. The worker's decoding task performance <i>will not</i> be added to your output
    and the worker <i>will not</i> be compensated for their performance on the decoding task.
    Your own task will be the same as Round One:
    Perform the decoding task for 3 minutes and complete a minimum number
    of problems correctly to receive the 75 Lira for each slider correctly
    submitted by each worker.

<p>
<strong><u>If your role is a worker AND you are selected by the manager to perform
    both the decoding task and the slider task,</u></strong> you will have 1 minute
    to perform the decoding task and 2 minutes to perform the slider task.
    You will not receive any compensation for the decoding task. Your compensation will
    still only consist of your base salary of 1000 Lira and the 100 Lira you receive
    for each correct slider you submit.

<p>
<strong><u>If your role is a worker AND you are NOT chosen by the manager to perform both tasks,
</u></strong> your task will be the same as Round One: Perform the slider task for 3 minutes
    for a base salary of 1000 Lira and 100 additional Lira for each correct slider you submit.
