In Round One, if you are assigned the role of a worker, you will perform a task for your manager. The task is the same for you and your co-worker in your group. Remember that there are two workers and a manager in your group.
Slider Task Description:
The task that you and your co-worker will be performing is a slider task.
A slider task looks like the following example:

For this task, you must adjust the slider position to the given target for each slider (in the example, the target is ___). The position of the slider can range from 0 to 100. You may adjust the slider as many times as needed.
You will have 3 minutes to submit as many correct sliders as possible.
Payment:
You will receive a base salary of 1,000 Lira in Round One.
You will also earn 100 Lira for each correct slider you submit.
Your manager will also receive payment for each correct slider you submit.

In Round One, if you are assigned the role of a manager, you will be asked to perform a decoding task.
Decoding Task Description:
For this task, you will be asked to use a decoding key to translate as many letters into numbers as
possible within the 3 minutes.
The decoding key presents all letters of the alphabet with a number underneath it.
Your task is to identify the number associated with the given letters and enter it in the space provided.
An example of the task is below:

You must correctly decode a pre-specified number of problems in order to receive any payment from both workers’ slider tasks. You will learn the number of problems that must be completed before Round One begins.
Payment: You will receive 75 Lira for each correct slider the two workers submit, only if you successfully complete the pre-specified number of decoding problems. If you do not successfully complete the specified number of decoding problems, you will receive 0 Lira for the round.
