        Title: Problem Solving Study<br><br>

        <strong><u>Procedures</u></strong><br>
        You are being asked to participate in a research study. If you decide to participate,
        you will be asked to complete a series of tasks. You will be provided with detailed instructions
        about the tasks you will be asked to complete. At the end of the experiment, you will complete a
        questionnaire, which will ask you questions about yourself, including demographic information.
        Your responses to these questions will be anonymous. Participation in the study will require
        approximately 30-60 minutes of your time.

        <strong><u>Compensation</u></strong><br>
        You will be paid $3.00 as a show-up fee plus you have the opportunity to receive additional compensation.
        However, the actual payment will vary depending on your performance.  <br><br>

        <strong><u>Voluntary Participation and Withdrawal </u></strong><br>
        Participation in research is voluntary. You do not have to be in this study.
        If you decide to be in the study and change your mind, you have the right to drop out at any time.
        You may skip questions or stop participating at any time.  If you do drop out, you will not receive any
        additional compensation from the study.
