<b> Who is conducting the study? </b>  <br><br>
This study is being conducted by Xiaoya Gao, who is a Ph.D. student
from the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto. She is under the supervision
of Professor Yoram Halevy.
<br><br>

<b>Who is funding this study?</b> <br><br>
This study is funded by a grant from the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto.
<br><br>
<b>Why are we doing this study? </b><br><br>
The purpose of this study is to observe how choices are made.
<br><br>
<b> How is the study done? </b> <br><br>
        In this experiment, you will be asked to choose between money and chocolates. There are 2 parts of tasks.
        <ul>
            <li> The first part contains {{ Constants.num_egquestion }} tasks.</li>
            <li>The second part contains {{ Constants.num_pairwisequestion }} tasks. </li>
        </ul>

<b> Will you be paid for taking part in the study? </b> <br><br>
        One of your {{ Constants.num_totalquestion }} tasks has been selected randomly by the computer for payment.
        Since you do not know which task was selected for payment, you should choose each task as if it were the one chosen for payment. At the end of
        the experiment, we will reveal to you the task chosen for payment.

        <br><br>
        Your payment therefore contains some money and some chocolates. You don't have to consume any chocolates on-site.
        You are free to take chocolates home and consume them later. <b> The chocolates may contain dairy and nuts.
        If you dislike chocolates or can not eat chocolate due to health reasons, food allergies, or dietary restrictions,
        you can opt out of this experiment right now. You will be paid for your time if you decide to leave(see below).</b>

<b>What will we do with the study results? </b> <br><br>

The results of this study will be presented at academic seminars and reported in an academic
paper. The paper will be submitted to, and potentially published in, an academic journal.

<b> What are the benefits of participating? </b> <br><br>
You will be paid for your participation in the study (see above).
<br><br>

<b>Could participating in the study be bad for you? </b> <br><br>
We do not think there is anything in this study that could harm you or be bad for you.

<br><br>


<b> How will your privacy be maintained? </b> <br><br>
Your performance and decisions will never be linked to your name or any other identifying
feature in relation to this study. All electronic data from this experiment will be analyzed
anonymously and will be kept on a password protected secure server.
