    <span style="font-size:20px"><strong>Title: Preferences for Flexibility of Workers in Online Platforms</strong></span></br></br>

    <p><strong><u>Procedures</u></strong></p>
    You are being asked to participate in a study conducted by researchers at Georgia State University.</br>
    If you decide to participate, you will be redirected to a page to select a time slot to participate.</br>
    The study will occur <u>one week from today</u>, and consists of a round of choices in which you have to choose between two options (for example, between two lotteries), followed by a short survey. </br>
    There will be no interaction with any other participant or the researchers. </br>
    The entire process will take approximately <u>20 minutes</u> of your time. No identifiable information will be asked from you.

    <p><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong></p>
    You will receive a monetary compensation of <u>up to 35.00 dollars</u> as a reward after your participation is complete. The exact value will be defined after the study, as it depends on your choices.</br>
    The minimum value will be 5.00 dollars.</br>
    You will receive your reward via Fiverr.

    You do not have to be in this study. You may stop participating at any time.
