In this study you will make hypothetical choices between two jobs.
    The jobs are identical in all terms except for the following 5 attributes:

  • Wage: shows how much you would get paid for the job on basis of working full time
  • Hours: shows how many hours per week the job is for
  • Commute distance: shows how long it will take to get to the job in minutes
  • Useful to society: shows if the job has a positive impact on society.
    For example the job could help other people or the organization is focused on sustainability
  • Growth opportunities : shows in how many years it is possible to grow within the organization
