<p>
Every turn, your community will be given a <b>forecast</b> that contains the following information: (1) the value of the community's shield at the start of the turn, (2) the severity of a disaster that is about to impact your community, (3) a chart showing how many resources each community member has remaining, and (4) a chart showing each community member's chance of being harmed by the disaster.
