  <p>
    For the second part of today’s activity, there will be 20 periods.

    You have been assigned to the

    based on your current enrollment.
  </p>

  <p>
    You will be in a team of four with other students who are

    In each period, you will receive tokens that are worth cash at the end of the experiment,
    this is your endowment. The endowment you receive each period will be based on a random range that is the same for everyone on your team.
    Each period, you will have to choose how to allocate your tokens between your own individual account and contributing
    some amount to your team account. Whatever you put into your individual account; you keep.
    Whatever is placed into the team account will be added to all the team contributions from that period and the total will be multiplied
    by some factor larger than 1 and shared equally. This means that your payout from each round will be how much is:

    Thus, for the same number of tokens allocated to the team account, larger teams will earn more money.
    On the other hand, the per-person return from the same amount allocated to the team account diminishes as the team
    size increases.
  </p>

  <p>
    During your activity, your team will be matched up with a team of

    They will be playing the activity within their team at the same time.
    Their players may have a higher or lower average endowment, but they will also start with 4 players.
    You will be able to see their average contribution for each segment.
    After every third period of play, you will have the ability to state if you would like to change teams.
    If you would like to change teams, then the team you are moving to will have to vote on whether they want to accept you as part of their team.
    If the new team does not accept you, then you will be returned to your original team and your original team will be aware that you attempted to change teams and were not successful.
  <p>
    <strong>Payment:</strong> At the end of the experiment tokens will be converted into US Dollars at the rate of 200 tokens = $1 USD.
    You will be paid only for 2 periods randomly chosen. Your first choice is how many tokens to allocate to the team account and how many to allocate to one’s private account.
    Your second choice is whether you want to switch teams or not.
