                <center><h4 class="panel-sub-heading"> Explanation of the previous research project </h4> </center> <br>
    <ul>

        <li><p align="justify">In this study, we will give you some information about a previous research project and then
            we will ask you to answer some questions related to it. </p></li>

        <li><p align="justify">The previous research project consisted of interactions between two people.
            Each instance of these interactions is called a <strong>round</strong>.
            Below, we explain to you the detailed structure for one of these rounds. </p></li>

                <ul>
                    <li>Participants were either <strong>performers</strong> or <strong>deciders</strong>. Each performer was paired
                        with a decider for one round only.</li> <br>

                   <li> Each <strong>performer</strong>  performed a task for his/her <strong>decider</strong>. The performer's performance affected the
                       outcome produced. The outcome produced corresponds to the money earned by the <strong>decider</strong>. </li>  <br>

                   <li> The <strong>decider</strong> then chose the amount of money to pay the <strong>performer</strong>.</li></br>

        <li> The figure below illustrates the structure of each round. </li>  <br>

               <br> <center><h4 class="panel-sub-heading"> What you will be asked to do </h4> </center> <br>

        <ul>

        <li><p align="justify"> You will get to see 10 rounds of such interactions between different <strong>decider</strong> - <strong>performer</strong> pairs
           who actually played in the previous research project.</p></li>

        <li><p align="justify"> You will get to see what is the outcome 'produced' by the <strong>performers</strong> in each of those 10 rounds. You will then be asked some questions relating
            to this outcome, where, depending on your answers, you can earn extra money. </p></li>

        <li><p align="justify">At the end of this study, one of these several rounds will be randomly selected and the money you earn
         will equal your earnings for that round  plus the $1.00 you will earn for completing this study. Since any round may count for
         your total earnings, <strong>please play each round carefully.</strong></li>

        <li><p align="justify">Realize that,  each <strong>decider-performer pair</strong>  interaction you will see round after round
        has trully taken place in the previous research project.</li>
