In this task, once again your pair will compete against another team assigned at random (not the same as in the previous task).
The task consists of providing the largest number of correct codding in 5 minutes.
Like before, the team that losses the contest obtains zero.
In the winning teams, each participant receives 50 cents per correct answer he/she gives.
However, this time you can indicate your preference for the gender of your partner.
For so doing, you must indicate what amount of money you demand to accept being paired with the gender you DO NOT prefer.
To provide this information, you must fill in a table with two choices. There is an amount which makes you indifferent between working in with a women or a men. You should indicate this amount, by shifting the slider up and down. Any amounts higher than the indifference amount are assumed to correspond to preferred choice.
Exemple 1. Suppose you prefer to work in pair with a women. You would however accept to execute the task in pair with a men, if we offer you 5 euros (or more) .
Exemple 2. Suppose you prefer to work in pair with a men. However, you would accept to be paired to a women if in addition you receive 2.5 euros.
