| This research aims to reveal how bureaucrats make decisions based on given information. We examine how the effects can alter depending on the workplace environment through a questionnaire-based survey. ලබා දී ඇති තොරතුරු මත පදනම්ව නිලධාරීන් තීරණ ගන්නා ආකාරය හෙළිදරව් කිරීම මෙම පර්යේෂණයේ අරමුණයි. ප්‍රශ්නාවලිය පදනම් වූ සමීක්ෂණයක් හරහා සේවා ස්ථාන පරිසරය අනුව බලපෑම් වෙනස් විය හැකි ආකාරය අපි පරීක්ෂා කරමු. |
| Survey method සමීක්ෂණ විධික්‍රමය |
| First, you will get instructions and answer several questions about yourself and your workstyles. Research participants will be randomly divided into groups. If you are in a specific group, you have time to write your opinions about their working environment. If you are not in this group, you will skip this part. Finally, you will answer multiple-choice questions about reporting issues to your supervisor (engineer) under given conditions. The following is the flow of the game:

| Participation in the survey is voluntary. You will not be disadvantaged by refusing to participate in the survey. | Handling of Personal Information පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු හැසිරවීම |
| Personal information about research participants will be recorded in a form that does not identify individuals. When publishing the results of the research, in addition to statistical information, we may refer to information obtained from research participants, but this will not be done in a form that specifically identifies the person.
