Adrianno is a realtor with an apartment to lease in an older building. Gerardo and Joaquin are in the market for a place, but will this one work for their younger tastes and needs? Although it has been thoroughly renovated, the pair, who like to party with guests, worry that their antics could disturb their neighbors. Adrianno assures them it shouldn't be an issue, and they negotiate a deal. But even as they're excited to celebrate, the boys wonder whether noise would be an issue. Luckily, after inviting the realtor upstairs for an impromptu celebration, they find that noisily barebacking each other causes no problems. Except, possibly, that eventually every party, even spit-roasting a daddy raw, has to end sometime!
