If one man sums up the degradation and pathetic grasping for fame that 2011 brought us, it's Charlie Sheen. The former Two And A Half Men co-star, already famous for his drunken escapades, went totally off the rails this year, getting fired from the show and embarking on a bizarre tour around the country. Sheen is on everybody's minds right now, and dressing up as him is totally easy: dark hair, sunglasses, ugly shirt, say "Winning" a lot. If you took a shot for every Sheen costume you saw this Halloween, you'd be... well, you'd be pretty drunk.
