Tumblr is also a great place to conduct oddball art experiments, and one of our favorites is Animated Albums. Artist Mr. Dormouse takes record covers and gives them the animated GIF treatment, making their essential elements move and change in interesting ways. Some are subtle, some are over the top, but they're all incredibly awesome.
