This is the home of the Argolins, who once upon a time went to war against their enemies. That war only lasted 20 minutes and left the entire planet irradiated. Faced with being unable to reproduce, the Argolins converted their entire planet into a luxury resort called the Leisure Hive in order to promote a peaceful existence.
