Pretty much nobody on Nip/Tuck was a decent person, but one little miss elevated the art of bitchiness to new levels. The sociopath Eden Lord was the spawn of Olivia Lord, Julia's lesbian girlfriend, and she just couldn't stand to see her mother be happy. To those ends, she began slowly poisoning Julia with mercury in her food while leading Sean on sexually. When we last saw her, she had decided to pursue a career in the adult film business, which is probably about the best ending we could hope for.
