You're right, Kane's present look really isn't that remarkable, follicly speaking - in fact, most wrestlers on this list would look better if they just shaved those domes. But back when Kane still ran around under a mask, he also had a head of long greasy hair. While that's not objectionable in and of itself (this is wrestling afterall), it became much worse in hindsight.  Such was the case when Kane was unmasked and the hair was revealed to be a wig, with some type of wackadoo half-shaved Bozo-cut underneath.
