Crazy and collected would be the best way to describe Robert Quarles. This "businessman" was sent to Kentucky for slipping up in Detroit, and it's clear he's doing everything within his insane power to mark his territory. He's taken out the competition on his own, courtesy of his sweet wrist gun, and he's had a bit too much fun torturing a random individual. He plans to be the new kingpin of Oxycontin in the region, but Raylan isn't going to tolerate that nonsense. Expect Quarles to play a big part in this season.
