Based on star Tina Fey's own experiences working on Saturday Night Live, 30 Rock takes a look at what happens behind the scenes of a live sketch comedy scenes. And what happens seems to be both chaotic and hysterical thanks to a cavalry of guest stars and impossibly awkward situations.
