Doug Stanhope: "Eddie" - Season 2, Episode 9

Dodging comedic controversy for all his life, comedian Doug Stanhope appeared as “Eddie,” a former acquaintance of Louie’s who unexpectedly arrives to raise a bit of hell with his old friend before revealing his true purpose. Burnt out on life, “Eddie” intends to say goodbye before ending his life, as Louie season 2 takes one of its darker turns. We never quite learn what happened, but hopefully Stanhope could make a return appearance at another point.
