En route to picking up Venna, Lewis and his ne'er-do-well brother Fuller buy a CB radio and end up raising the ire of a psychotic truck driver known as "Rusty Nail" with their silly taunts and pranks. Once Venna enters this unfortunate scenario, she and her roommate Charlotte end up being kidnapped by the angry trucker.
