Thomas Armstrong was a police officer who suffered from extreme emotional and physical trauma after running afoul of David Kaplow, a meticulous and sociopathic assassin with a specialty in explosives. After retiring from the police force and recovering, Armstrong jumps right back into the deep end when he starts assisting the FBI in tracking down Kaplow. Kaplow is enraged that Armstrong dares to take him on again, and soon a deadly game of cat and mouse is afoot, with Kaplow making the game extremely personal as he looks to break his pursuer once and for all. Will Armstrong be able to keep it together and finally get his man? Or will he - and everything he holds dear - be destroyed? Whatever happens, you can bet a lot of stuff is going to be blown up along the way.
