In Robocop 3, the evil corporation OCP is nearly bankrupt, and the Urban Rehabilitators (the "Rehabs") rule the streets, putting Old Detroit under martial law, cleaning up the streets and showing no mercy to criminals. Actually, the Rehabs, led by the brutal and cunning Commander Paul McDaggett, are mercenaries assigned to forcibly relocate the residents of Cadillac Heights, which has been targeted for demolition by OCP in an attempt to finally realize the Old Man's dream of Delta City. The Detroit police force are constantly one-upped by the Rehabs, but there's one cop who's not going to take it any more: Officer Alex J. Murphy, aka Robocop.
