Deirdre is an Irish black ops agent who assembles a group of rogue special forces operatives to steal a mysterious suitcase from a heavily armed convoy. She is soon informed by her handler Seamus that Russian gangsters are very interested in the suitcase as well and are preparing to make a move on it, so her team must act fast. From there, it's a bunch of shootouts, car chases, and double- and triple-crosses as no one involved in this dangerous game is as they seem - and the contents of the briefcase are never revealed. Deirdre is still standing after the dust settles, but Seamus is dead, having been targeted by the CIA. Or is he? And was he? You never quite know in the world of Ronin.
