His name is David Kaplow. As in "Ka-pow." As in "Ka-boom!" Mr. Kaplow is one of the world's most dangerous, smartest and most skilled professional assassins, a man of remarkable efficiency and precision and very little conscience. His specialty is explosives, and the fiery aftermaths of his "jobs" never leave much evidence for the FBI to work with. A police officer, Tom Armstrong, starts to get a little too close to Mr. Kaplow, which causes the killer to embark on a brutal cat-and-mouse game with his pursuer, one that quickly becomes extremely personal after Kaplow targets Armstrong's wife.
