Okay, is the blonde whom Jake's enemy was chatting up before all this started trying to help him or Jake? Or is she just protesting the violence in general?
You can't really tell from this angle, either. Though Jake seems to be pleading to the heavens: "Dear Lord, is this all there is?"
It looks like the blonde has finally picked a side and is, uh, trying to drag Jake out from underneath the other guy. Or something. Jake looks like he's going to get in one final punch, though.
And he succeeded. This guy's going home with a bloody nose instead of the blonde, if there's any justice in the world.
