Don't get excited -- this villain has absolutely nothing to do with Frank Sinatra. Rather, The Chairman gets his handle from his magic gun stick that turns people into chairs... man. After transforming a police officer into a chair, he sets his sights on Spider-Man, who apparently can handle the likes of guys like the Green Goblin and Rhino, but gets cornered almost immediately by this wannabe. Fortunately for Spidey, two kids with an armful of Twinkes are there to help and supposedly just start beaning the Chairman with them, which somehow turns him into a chair. This all makes 100% perfect sense.
