Jerry Lewis is tasked with watching over a tailor's shop, only to discover that this particular tailor makes costumes for supervillains. Jerry's nephew sidekick, Renfrew, accidentally changes him into the Flash using Abra Kadabra's wand which just so happens to be laying around, and in turn summons all of the the real Flash's rogues. And in true Silver Age fashion, the real Flash shows up, puts all his enemies in jail, and he, Jerry and Renfrew all have a hearty chuckle.
