Baron Von Strucker is the second baron on this list - Cap must really have a problem with European royalty. Baron Von Strucker was the first leader of the terrorist organization known as HYDRA, which gave both Captain America and Nick Fury a royal pain during the old days. Strucker, a former Nazi general, had his hand severed and replaced with a device, known as the "Satan Claw," that let him chop through just about everything. He's tried dozens of horrendous plots to strike at Cap and the rest of the world, but the worst bit is that he now carries a virus that just might kill everybody else on Earth if he's killed. Lame!
