No, MacGruber wasn't a smart movie, but it was still a pretty damn funny one at times. Also, with six different WWE wrestlers in its cast, someone involved with the film must have been a wrestling fan, which makes it A-OK by us.
The movie features Chris Jericho, the Big Show, Mark Henry, Kane, MVP and the Great Khali as members of an elite strike force put together by Will Forte's Macgruber. Jericho steals the show with his tête-à-tête with Forte, and though it's been spoiled most everywhere, the swerve with the strike force remains an entertaining one.
