In what cannot be called anything other than gross and twisted, The Human Centipede is a film set on going up your world. The film follows a mad scientist who decides to create a human centipede out of two American girls and a Japanese man. Sewing them mouth to rear and removing their kneecaps, the experiment is more gruesome than words can describe.
