Jordan Hoffman: What sort of physical training did you have to do for the film?

Alex Pettyfer: I did two months training before I started the movie. I did flexibility training and wire work. It was hard.

Jordan Hoffman: Was it the first time you’ve done wire work?

Alex Pettyfer: Yeah.

Jordan Hoffman: From your first time doing wire work, what didn’t you expect?

Alex Pettyfer: The wires are only there to stop your fall. You’re actually doing everything.

Jordan Hoffman: What was it like to see all of the special effects?

Alex Pettyfer: It was amazing. I mean, everything that I did was practically done. So I had actual lights in my hands. It was like a ball of light, and it had wires that would go into this jacket, so I had something to play with. And the telekinesis – I can move things without touching them. So when I throw Timothy [Olyphant] up against the wall, Tim is actually getting thrown.
