Jane Foster's (Natalie Portman) ex in the film is Dr. Donald Blake. The character of Thor is a bit more complex in the panels of his issues. To put it simply, in the 616 Marvel Universe, Donald Blake is Thor's alter ego when he doesn't wield the hammer.
