Look, Nona F. Mecklenberg changed my life.

If you were a youngster growing up in the nineties with an affinty for geekery, it's likely you were heavily influenced by the quirks of Nickelodeon's The Adventures of Pete & Pete.  Trachtenberg's character Nona, who wore a cast because she liked scratching the itch it gave her, was a perfect fit for a world full of dancing tattoos and mysterious ice cream men.

We were all jealous of Little Pete.
