We haven't seen much of Baz Luhrmann since 2008 romantic epic Australia, but that doesn't mean he hasn't been working.

Through his production company Bazmark, Luhrmann has been toiling away at restoring his modern classics Romeo + Juliet and Moulin Rouge for the world of Blu-ray, a process that, from the sounds of it, is just as labor-intensive and important to the filmmaker as directing the films in the first place.
