Legends: A Friday the 13th Tale is a surprisingly well-made take on the Friday the 13th franchise. The plot involves a struggling horror writer whose sister sets up a fake Jason attack to scare him into getting some new ideas. The acting and writing is good, and the kills aren't that bad either. It also has a big twist ending.
The movie gets extra points for having a nearly all black cast, using a generally successful slow-burn structure, and incorporating a bit of found footage into its repertoire. At only forty minutes, it's worth your time.
