Radtke: Here in the office, I think for the past 2 months everything has been a spoof and a goof. You guys do some of the funniest stuff, like spelling Picard’s name wrong, is this something you’ve been doing since you were a child or what’s up with that?
Tim: Good question, I don’t know. I think it comes from a desire to... we’re working in this really concentrated, 11 minutes and it’s a desire to fill every moment of the show with jokes or humor and weird crazy stuff. It’s "don’t leave any stone unturned" in the quest for laughs. I think that’s when our editors and artists get involved and they’ll just layer things with jokes. It’s fun to take a name like Jim Stewart and figure out the worst possible way to spell that. I think we started it with Tom Goes to the Mayor with the running joke of how we’d spell Tom Peter’s name. The best one being Taumpy Tears.
