This policy explains what information the app uses, why it is used, and how you can control or delete it.
1. Who we are
Chalisa: All in One is provided by NilApps, developed by Nileshkumar Rathod. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email nilapps.feedback@gmail.com.
2. Information used by the app
The app may use limited information needed to provide and improve its devotional features, including:
- App interactions, diagnostics, crash information and approximate device information.
- Purchase entitlement status, prayer preferences, favourites, reminders and playback settings.
- Audio, prayer names and playlists that you choose to add or create. Custom content is stored on your device unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise.
- Advertising identifiers or consent choices where advertising is enabled and permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information.
3. How YouTube is used
The app uses YouTube API Services to let users search for public devotional videos and save selected video links in a prayer list. Playback uses YouTube's official embedded player and requires an internet connection.
Data accessed and stored
- When you search, your search words are sent to YouTube. YouTube may return public video data such as the video ID, title, channel name and thumbnail.
- If you save a result, the app may store that public video ID and related public metadata locally on your device so the prayer list can be shown again.
- The app does not ask for your YouTube password, does not sign in to your YouTube account, and does not access private YouTube account data.
- The app does not upload, edit or delete content from your YouTube account.
YouTube and Google policies
Use of the YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google and YouTube may process information according to the Google Privacy Policy. The embedded YouTube player may share device, playback and interaction information with YouTube to provide video playback, enforce restrictions, prevent fraud and personalize the YouTube experience.
Delete YouTube-related data
You control saved YouTube prayer videos. Remove a saved video or delete its prayer list inside the app to delete that locally stored video link and metadata. Uninstalling the app also removes locally stored app data, subject to normal device backup behaviour.
You may also email nilapps.feedback@gmail.com with the subject “YouTube data deletion request”. We will delete applicable data we control as soon as possible and within seven calendar days after verifying the request.
Deleting app data does not delete any information or videos held by YouTube. Manage or delete information held by YouTube through YouTube or your Google account. You can review and revoke connected-app access from Google Security Permissions. The app currently does not request YouTube account authorization.
4. Service providers
The app may use Apple services, Firebase, Google Analytics, Google AdMob and other configured advertising or diagnostic providers. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and only for their respective services. You can manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings and advertising consent controls shown by the app.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal obligations, or to protect the app from abuse. Locally saved prayer preferences remain until you remove them or uninstall the app. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Public YouTube API metadata is deleted or refreshed within 30 days where required by YouTube's policies. Verified user deletion requests are completed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days.
6. Children
The app is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.
7. Your choices and rights
You may change notification, tracking and other permissions in iOS Settings. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we control by emailing nilapps.feedback@gmail.com.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
