Nexaweb Studio 2.0.x - Getting Started

Once all the required software is installed, simply install the Nexaweb Studio and restart Eclipse. Nexaweb Studio comes with a complete set of instructions on how to integrate with the Eclipse IDE. For more information -> Click Here

System Requirements

Software

Studio is platform independent and can run on either Windows or Linux operating systems.

On the Windows Operating System:

Eclipse 3.0 or 3.1
Graphical Editor Framework (GEF) 3.0.1*
Sun JDK 1.4 or newer
Nexaweb Platform SDK 4.0.1

On the Linux Operating System:

Eclipse 3.0 or 3.1
Graphical Editor Framework (GEF) 3.0.1*
Sun JDK 1.5**
Nexaweb Platform SDK 4.0.1

* GEF 3.1 is needed when developing on Eclipse 3.1, if 3.0.1 is used you will not be able to customize the palette.

** Studio uses the Eclipse Sun AWT / SWT bridging technology which requires JDK 1.5 on non-Windows operating systems.

Memory 512MB min - 1GB recommended
