Login Dialog

The Login Dialog template creates a login dialog box.

The Login Dialog template includes a dialog container labeled, Please Login; a label component containing two labels with text specified as Username and Password; and a label component containing two buttons, one labeled, Login, and one labeled, Cancel, with an onCommand event set to close the dialog box.
