You can customize drawers by:
Adding, deleting, or rearranging drawer contents
Changing the default characteristics of components in a drawer
To customize a drawer, right click on a component in a drawer and select Customize.
The Customize Palette appears, displaying information about the selected component similar to the following:

New: Adds a new blank component or separator to a drawer. Delete: Removes the selected item from the drawer. Move Down/UP: Re-arranges the order of the selected component within this or another drawer. Name: The name of the component as it appears in the drawer. Description: A brief description of the component that appears in the drawer when you set the palette layout to Details. Hide: Specifies whether the drawer displays this component. Component Text: Specifies the XAL and default properties that control the appearance of this component when you add it to a UI file.. |
