Creating a New Handler

Click on the type of resource to use to create a new event handler in the Select handler list box. Add new handler is selected by default in the Handlers list box. Click Next.

Client Side Handlers

Client Code (MCO): Launches the Managed Client Object wizard, and wizards for connecting an event to a MCO. See New Java Managed Client Objects (MCO) or New JavaScript Managed Client Objects.

Macro: Launches the Macro wizard. See Creating a Macro on page 45.

System Service:

Data: Allows you to select existing data sources.

Service Request: Allows you to select existing serviceRequests.

Server Side Handlers

JavaServer Page (JSP): Launches the Nexaweb JSP page wizard.

Project Servlet: Launches the Create Servlet page. See Creating Server Side Business Logic on page 40.

XModify File: Launches the XModify file wizard. See Nexaweb XModify Palette.
