2015 Fall Meeting Agenda

1. Meeting called to order by Tim Matsuno.

2. Recognized the 2015 Major tournament winners. Club Champions Match Play by flights Ken Gilliam, 2^nd George Vadakin, 3^rd Art Moreland, 4^th Brandon Zenisek. Stroke Play by flights 1^st Bradd Kothe, 2^nd Rick Fergueson.3^rd Bob Medina 4^th Dave Messerli

3. Recognized the current officers. Pres. Tim Matsuno, VP,s Mickey Falconburg, Dave Messerli,tres. Rick Knidsen,sec Bill Miller, handicap Jerry Barr, Tour Chairman LeRoy Meckenburg

4. Treasurer’s report: Rich Knudsen revenue down fewer members cause less payouts.

5. Leroy Mekelburg recapped the 2014 tournament formats and schedule. Few players in some of the tournaments can’t find reason why participation is down

* Participation in the CGA Inter-club for 2016. Passed

6 * Tournament fees for 2015 remain at $21.00 ($16.00 plus $5.00 skins) passed

* Match play: 1 weekend schedule, players schedule matches 3 and 4? Everyone plays 1^st weekend.. Tee times will be available 2-3 weekends but you can do at different times but all matches must be completed in 2 weeks

Election of officers for 2016. Passed same officers as 2015.
8. Open discussion: Internet posting of scores need score cards dropped in box

9. Gift Certificates – Deadline for redemption December 15, NO EXCEPTIONS
