This is a research study administered by researchers at Virginia Commonwealth University to understand decision-making around tobacco products. There are up to four screening questions worth $0.05, and eligible participants will be asked to complete a brief online survey for a bonus payment of $2.00.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to leave this window open as you complete the survey. When you are finished with the survey, you will return to this page to paste your completion code into the box provided below. If an invalid or parital completion code is provided, we will be unable to process your responses and distribute payment.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Click on the link provided below to open and complete the screening survey.
2. Once you complete the screening survey, you will be provided with a SCREENING COMPLETION CODE.
3. In addition to receiving the screening completion code, those that qualify will be provided a link to the full Tobacco Availability and Health survey. If you do not qualify for the full survey, you will be directed back to this page (skip to step 6).
4. If you are eligible and agree to continue participating in this study, please complete the full survey.
5. After completing the full survey, a FULL SURVEY COMPLETION CODE will be provided.
6. Copy and paste either the SCREENING COMPLETION CODE (worth $0.05) or the FULL SURVEY COMPLETION CODE (worth $0.05 for screening + $2.00 bonus = $2.05) into the space provided below. Once the code has been entered and you have validated that it is correct, click submit.
7. If you submit a valid completion code, expect payment within 4 days.
