You know it just NEVER END$-- today I go out and check my car that was in 2 hr zone, I went out around 10:50, no mark$, I go out again 12:01, $till no mark$ but I move the car anyway, thinking tho$e $neaky ba$tard$ might be u$ing the GP$ van, I know it wa$ 12:01 becau$e I was watching CNBC and they had ju$t $tated 59 minutes left in the trading day... $o at 1:50 I go out to pick up the Trouble Maker, and of cour$e there is a citation on my bloody car!!!_*&^%$@!! The ba$tard meter maid Parking Mafia officer $TUM, yes STUM wrote the ticket at 1:09pm, that mean$ my car wa$ there for 1 hour and 8 minute$, WTF???? $o I catch the a$$ hole as he'$ driving by at 3pm, complete LIAR-- he wrote me similar ticket 3 weeks ago, 2 hr violation after only 1:48, and he got my neighbor who had only parked infront for 40 or so minute$!! Meter Maid STUM, you jack a$$ Liar
You can't feel pity for these metermaids, they intentionally write bogus citations because the city needs MONEY, and tehy know less than a few percent will challenge the citation. When you appeal the first attempt is 100% rubber stamped "LIABLE" then you have to appeal further and request an In Person Hearing, thats the ONLY way to get a fair shake--to prove this I can tell you from my own experience: I've appealed a dozen bogus citations, each one was upheld as LIABLE by the city appeals, and each time I requested an in person hearing, of which I am 100% 12 for 12 in winning the appeal, that says it all when an impartial official hears your case and I am 100% successful in my appeals
