Synopsis
A letter from a stranger arrives. The stranger claims to be Anila's uncle. An uncle who has disappeared 35 years ago. He now requests to spend some time with her at her home & comes to stay over. He says he has dabbled in anthropology and been a traveller for most part of his life. He shares that he has authored a book 'An Indian among Indians' and left for South America to bide time among the indigenous folks. He then states his desire to travel to Africa and spend time with the Aborigines.
Anila's son takes immediately to this colorful, intelligent and charming persona of his newly found world-travelled uncle who relays fascinating stories to him. Anila's husband however, is suspicious about this stranger. His believe this so-called uncle might be an impostor who might be eyeing the family wealth and could possibly to swindle them by his smooth ways.
The stranger leaves as unexpectedly as he arrived, however this time not as a stranger.
