Martin er den eneste overlevende fra Herzogs nazizombie-blodbad på påskefjellet. En arm fattigere og mange mareritt rikere kommer han seg på sykehuset i tro om at zombiene for alltid er tilbake i sine kalde snøgraver. Men for verken første eller siste gang tar Martin grundig feil. Legen syr nemlig zombieførerens etterlatte arm på Martin, i troen på om at det er hans egen. Det går da ikke lang tid før armen begår væpnet revolusjon mot Martin og maltrakterer både politi, leger, kvinner og barn som kommer i hans vei. Samtidig marsjerer Herzog mot sivilisasjonen for å gjøre opp gammel tysk gjeld. Bare Martin, tre amerikanske filmnerder, en dypt lojal, men handikappet zombie og en lokal emogutt kan stoppe dem. Det er duket for en vendetta hvor blod, tarmer, hjerner og struper ikke er det eneste som blir dratt opp fra mørket.
I fortsettelsen av den episke splatterzombiesagaen fra 2009 må Martin bevise at det bor mer faenskap i Nord-Norge selv nazi-zombier er forberedt på. Og ennå har zombie-krigen bare så vidt begynt i en film hvor knuste bein og dødt blod ikke får tid til å størkne før det lever igjen. Gammelt hat råtner aldri.
