Application Support
The Erave application is used by users to update the records on the go. When there is a new case to complete, the user can login into the mobile application using their existing Erave web application credentials and complete the task assigned to them.

Tips for using the mobile app
- When you have signed in using your security information once, you can setup the app to certify the cause of death by using biometrics
- Setting up your biometrics
- Settings, turn on Biometric login / certification
- When you have signed into the mobile app, you will see a tasks with names that need to have the cause of death completed. If you see 0 for your tasks then currently no tasks are assigned to you.
- If there are tasks assigned to you, then tap on it to view the case and make your selection
- Complete the cause of death and condition of death and click on “Submit Cause of Death Information”
- Once you have submitted the cause of death, on your main menu you will see the “MI Pending” task
- Tap on the box to view cases that need the cause of death to be certified
