Max Hydrate asks you a few questions—your weight, how much do you sweat, how salty is your sweat, etc.—so it can create your personal hydration plan. In the future more questions like this may be added to create better hydration plans.
Other than that, Max Hydrate doesn't keep any personal data on you. No personal data ever leaves your devices, unless you email me for support. In that case I will have no information about you or what you do within the app.
If you sign-up for a Max Hydrate Pro subscription, additional non-personally identifiable data is kept. Your billing information, address, and name are all maintained by the App Store, but these are invisible to me. I will get information about whether or not you have purchased a subscription, the term you signed up for and when it is due to expire. This is data is all anonymous. This anonymous data is also shared with my purchase provider (RevenueCat).
For non-subscribers Max Hydrate may display advertisements within the application. These are local to the device and do not use any ad system. No data is kept. Nothing is tracked. The ads are not personalized and they aren't even really ads. They are affiliate links to hydration related products on Amazon that might be useful for you.
Max Hydrate does not gather or transmit any Personally-Identifying Information outside of your local device. It only stores preferences about the user interface within its local database.
If Max Hydrate, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the event that Max Hydrate goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, this policy and its effects may change or be amended.
Although most changes are likely to be minor, Max Hydrate may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at Max Hydrate’s sole discretion. Your continued use of this app after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of use of this app or any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.
